The Denver Nuggets lost 102-98 to the Golden State Warriors in Game 5 of their best-of-seven NBA playoffs series at Chase Center in San Francisco on Wednesday, April 27, 2022. After leading the majority of the second half — and threatening to steal a must-win Game 5 — the Nuggets fell to Golden State, ending their season. The Warriors won the opening round playoff series 4-1.
